• Battle plan: Ancient machinery

When setting camp for the night your scouts discover an old dwarven mortar nest - still operational after all these years. As they make their way back to camp, they realise that a rival warband has set up camp nearby. Why not steal their pelts and add it to your own stock?

Place three objectives on the battlefield as shown on the deployment map. The red objective is the mortar nest and can give access to the Bombardment ability (See below). The two remaining objectives (black objectives) are ordinary objectives.

At the end of each battle round, a player gets 1 VP For each regular objective they control (excluding the mortar nest). The battle ends after four battle rounds, and the player with the most VP wins.

MORTAR NEST

If a fighter is within 3" of the mortar nest and if the mortar nest is NOT currently controlled by the other player, that fighter can use the Bombardment ability.

[Double] Bombardment: Pick a point on the battlefield floor or platform and roll a dice for every fighter (including your own) within 3" of that point. For each 3+ allocate damage equal to the value of the ability.
