• Battle plan: Thyria's Bounty

The most skilled of mages in the infected reaches of Thyria will call upon the power of the land itself; various mystical roots, fungi and tubers can be used in arcane rituals. Several clusters of such resources have been located nearby - but so too has a marauding enemy warband with the same covetous intent...

OBJECTIVES
Before the battle, 4 Ingredient Clusters are placed on the battlefield, 2 by each player, 4 inches from the board edge and 6 from every other Ingredient Cluster . The Ingredient Clusters are treated like objectives but the Ingredient Clusters placed by each player are considered friendly to their own warband and enemy to the other player, and will remain so for the duration of the battle.

If a fighter is within 3”of an enemy Ingredient Cluster, and no friendly fighters have been given a Treasure Token in this battle round, roll a dice. If the result is 2+ give that fighter a Treasure Token.
At the end of each battle round, each fighter carrying a Treasure Token and with 3” of a friendly Ingredient Cluster, will score 2 Wild Harvest points.

The battle ends after 4 battle rounds. The warband with the most Wild Harvest points is the winner.

Twist:
Contaminators and Remediators
Before the battle, 6 Contamination tokens are placed on the battlefield with the player’s coalition side showing (i.e. Contaminated or Remediated).

The first is placed by the defender. Then players alternate placing 5 more Contamination tokens one at a time, starting with the attacker.

Each Contamination token must be placed on the battlefield floor or a platform, more than 3" horizontally from the edge of the battlefield and more than 3" horizontally from all other Contamination tokens.

At the end of each battle round, determine control of each Contamination token. Players can turn over any tokens their warband controls, to show their coalition's side.

At the end of the battle, note the number of tokens showing Contaminated and the number of tokens showing Remediated on the battlefield and record them on the result submission form.
